Others have said this happens even with cloth bedrolls, so I believe it is not specific to bearskin bedrolls. This has also been reported to the support ticket system. This can be confirmed by setting down the bedroll and picking it up a few times, which will cause it to lose 1% frequently, or by waiting a few moments clock time and seeing it decay several percent in the inventory. But a 2% condition loss for 60 seconds while managing inventory is clearly a bug, especially because it can be cleared by reloading the game, at which point the durability is normal until the next time the bug is triggered. I understand the bearskin bedroll has two decay rates, one for daily and one for hourly when used. I quickly ALT+F4 and reload, the bedroll is back at 52% and stays there for the remainder of the day. I pick it up, and look around in my inventory and check it again and its at 50%. A went into a cave due to a blizzard, slept in the back. My current run is in Pleasant Valley, Stalker, 300+ day. Under certain conditions, usually during high winds or a blizzard, when passing time or sleeping in a bearskin bedroll, it will continue to decay at a rapid rate even when packed into the backpack. I found the pinned post from the updates: I see now that you have already been made aware of the issue.
